It's the Chef's Conference (!) and we have friends rolling up from DC for a SUPER special happy hour collab! Eric Moorer (@imappalling) will be repping GEMINI — the new natural wine shop that slings dinner & ice cream.
Eric is a DC-based wine professional focused on process as much as precision. He is a firm believer in the creation of community in a sector that can favor the individual and that the best bottle is the next one you share with people you love. He feels that the job of a good sommelier is to change and open people’s minds as well as their palates. He is never shy to fail because that is what helps us grow.
Eric will be pouring his cellar picks & riffing with our very own Kaitlyn Caruke about all things WINE. Think of the afternoon as a pre-game for your big dinner plans. We'll be pouring out into the street and passing bottles.
1 ticket gets you access to the party, one of Eric’s pours + a petit plateau from our pop-up raw bar.
*Walk-ins welcome depending on space, but access to Eric's cellar picks will be for ticket holders only!
