Chef Jay Wolman (Intermission) will be taking over the Superfolie kitchen and with it, the entirety of the menu Thursday-Saturday, October 22nd-24th.
Jay and Chloé connected back in Spring 2020 in the beginning days of the pandemic when he was first considering a move to Philly (from New York). Across the years they have kept in touch, both independently spending time in places like Paris and Marseille, and even serendipitously crossing paths (!) along the way. Fast forward, Jay has officially relocated to Philly.
There is a recent phenomenon of chef residencies and pop-ups, specifically in wine bars around the world, and we love this idea of sharing and respecting place by way of food. Jay is a chef locked into this trend, not only outside of Philadelphia, but in the corners of some of the coolest wine markets - Early June (Paris), Ivresse (Marseille), 107 (London). We are thrilled to be hosting Jay for the 4th (!) time.
