Step into a sauna oasis at Bayfield’s famous Apple Festival with Native Venik— a 1-hour guided sauna and wellness experience using native trees, fruits, and flowers in the sauna, hosted by Aly of Superior Saunas.
Nestled among the apple orchards, live music, and fall festivities, this restorative session offers a chance to balance the energy of the festival with grounding self-care. Experience the ancient art of Venik Platza (leaf bundle massage), breathe-work, and aromatherapy—leaving you refreshed, centered, and glowing.
What to Expect?
- Guided Self-Massage: Learn whisking techniques that stimulate circulation, support lymphatic flow, and reset your body after a day of exploring Apple Festival.
- Traditional Venik Platza: Enjoy the healing touch of native Apple, Oak, Sunflower, Willow, Pine, Spruce, and Birch bundles—bringing the forest to your skin through gentle massage and invigorating aromatherapy.
- Sauna Breathe-work & Integration: Release stress and restore inner calm with wild River-Bank Grape infused steam, guided breath-work and stillness in the sauna’s enveloping heat.
