Senior Steam Hour (Vanhusten Saunailta) offers a slower pace and a welcoming environment centered on Finnish sauna tradition, gentle heat, and shared conversation. This is a relaxed sauna evening designed for guests ages fifty-five years and older.
Guests are invited to enjoy the Sauna Village in a calm and supportive setting designed for comfort, accessibility, and ease.

• Venik and vihta available for self-use

Who this is for:
This experience is reserved for guests 55+ and is open to all genders.
What to bring:
Please bring a towel, sandals or slip‑on footwear, and a robe or warm layers for moving between sauna and outdoor spaces. A clearly marked water bottle is encouraged. Bathing suits are required. Arriving with your suit on under layers is recommended.
Additional notes:
* On average, a person may lose up to 16 ounces of water during a one‑hour sauna session. Please avoid alcohol consumption prior to arrival.
* Sauna participants must be 13+ years of age at the time of their sauna experience. Attendees under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult. (Note that this session is intended for guests 55+)
* Snow angels and cold exposure methods will be weather dependent. If above freezing temperatures, cold water buckets and rinsing stations will be available.
