LGBTQ+ Night is an affirming, inclusive sauna experience created for members of the LGBTQ+ community and their allies. This session centers joy, care, and belonging, inviting participants to experience sauna culture as a place of ease, expression, and collective warmth.
The evening offers a balanced flow of guided sauna moments and open time to move at your own pace. Guests are encouraged to listen to their bodies, engage as feels right, and enjoy the space as a shared, welcoming space.
Includes:
• Live DJ set
• Guided sauna rounds and experiences, including House A
• Opportunities for rest, conversation, and connection.
• Access to all saunas and cold exposure options throughout the session.
What to bring:
Please bring a towel, sandals or slip‑on footwear, and a robe or warm layers for moving between sauna and outdoor spaces. A clearly marked water bottle is encouraged. Bathing suits are required. Arriving with your suit on under layers is recommended.
Additional notes:
* On average, a person may lose up to 16 ounces of water during a one‑hour sauna session. Please avoid alcohol consumption prior to arrival.
* Sauna participants must be 13+ years of age at the time of their sauna experience. Attendees under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult. **This session is intended to center the LGBTQ+ community while welcoming respectful allies.**
* Snow angels and cold exposure methods will be weather dependent. If above freezing temperatures, cold water buckets and rinsing stations will be available.
