Join us for a winter evening sauna under Bayfield’s dark skies, guided by Kassidy of Hot Island Sauna (Madeline Island).
This immersive experience blends heat, herbs, and ritual, inviting guests to slow down, warm deeply, and reconnect with the senses.
Through a guided herbal sauna session, guests will explore how dried and fresh herbs can be used in the sauna for aromatherapy and skin care.
The evening includes a sampling of restorative herbal tea blends and hands‑on preparation of a custom herbal body scrub to take into the sauna. The session is designed to leave skin feeling smooth, refreshed, and gently scented.

What to bring:
Please bring a towel, sandals or slip‑on footwear, and a robe or warm layers for moving between sauna and outdoor spaces. A clearly marked water bottle is encouraged for hydration.

Sauna use can lead to significant fluid loss. Guests are encouraged to hydrate before, during, and after the session. Please avoid heavy alcohol consumption prior to arrival.
