Reservation only (no-walk-in), limited to 14 seatings by sushi counter per session. Reservations are available online on Tock for a 30-day window. Waitlist: If the time slot you want is already booked, click “Notify” at the bottom of the reservation page to join the waitlist. Our reservation times are 5:30 pm or 8:00 pm each evening, Wednesday through Sunday. The course starts approx. 15 mins after your reservation time. In order for us to serve omakase course without disruption, please arrive on time. Please accept that late arrivals or no shows will still be charged the full amount, and the course ends within the reservation time. We may also not be able to serve you the full course. For 5:30 pm reservations, our door opens at 5:10 pm, and drinks are available for ordering (not included in course). Please allow yourself enough time to settle in before your reservation. Reservation for groups of over 5 people or private dining: Please contact us either by clicking on the below "Request information" button by the Private Events section or through our email. A credit card hold is required for reservations. We’ll send you a reservation email, and please follow the instructions to complete the reservation. Reservations for private dining at our restaurant: The sushi counter can accommodate up to 14 people. For Wednesday and Thursday, we require a reservation of at least 10 people. For Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, we require a reservation of at least 12 people. To ensure our omakase-style service, we only serve at the sushi counter. If you’re planning corporate dining for a group of more than 14 people, please contact us to discuss special arrangements. A credit card hold is required for reservations. We’ll send you a reservation email, and please follow the instructions to complete the reservation. Cancellation or any changes for 1 to 4 people: Please make cancellations or changes through "TOCK" at least 48 hours (2 days) before your reservation time. Cancellations or any changes made less than 48 hours to 24 hours will be charged 50%, and less than 24 hours or no shows will be charged 100% of the omakase price per person plus tax. For cancellations or any changes less than 48 hours of your reservation time, please contact us through our website "CONTACT US" form. Cancellation or reservation changes for groups of over 5 people: Please contact us through our email at least 7 days before your reservation time. Cancellations or any changes made less than 7 days will be charged 100% of the omakase price per person plus tax. Note: For group dining over 5 people, a 20% service charge will be added to the final bill. If you need to contact us, please email us. We do not accept any phone calls.
