Gloucester-Edomae Omakase sushi bar by a Chopped Sushi show down winner Chef Sang Hyun Lee.
We highlight the best Gloucester and New England fish with some exquisite traditional Japanese fish as well. There are only 8 seats available each seatings.
We serve two seatings a night every Sunday night at Saluti. The first seating is at 5:00pm & the second seating is at 7:30pm

Sushi Sunday at Saluti until New Sushi Sang Lee is open. Saluti has a full liquor license. We have Wine, Sake, beer and cocktails. BEX lunch available at Short & Main every Monday from 12pm - 5pm.
