POLICY Please understand that we have only one menu and cannot accommodate any substitution unless specified at the time of reservation. We are unable to accommodate shellfish allergies or crustacean allergies customers. We are unable to accommodate gluten-free dietary restrictions and we do not offer gluten-free soy sauce. Please specify food allergies at the time of booking. Our Omakase menu includes multi-courses with raw* seafood, small hot and cold dishes, and a variety of nigiri sushi. *Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions. All guests must be over 13 years of age to attend. We are unable to accommodate booster seats or separate tables. All guests are seated at the chef’s counter. CORKAGE Guests are welcome to bring their own wine or sake. There will be a corkage fee of $80.00 per bottle (〜750ml) for the first two bottles, and $110.00 per bottle from the third bottle on PER PARTY.  Magnum size is $180.00 per bottle for the first two magnum bottles, and $240.00 from the third bottle on PER PARTY.  We kindly ask guests not to bring the same sake that is offered on our menu, so please email us to check on our sake selection. Photography and video recording are allowed for personal use only. Any commercial use or distribution without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
