Authentic Japanese flavor begins with learning directly from Japanese masters. Chef Jason Sen Li has spent years studying under respected sushi chefs in Japan and New York, including Chef Seto, Chef Hajime, and Chef Nakajima, building a disciplined traditional Edomae foundation.
