Born and raised in Vancouver BC, Yoji Masuda moved to Tokyo, Japan to pursue his love for sushi and apprentice under his master. He is now back in his hometown sharing his passion.

◉ Reservations will open on the 1st of every month at 5:00pm (PST) for the following month. (example : January 1st 5:00pm will open reservations for February) ◉ Please make sure you give yourself plenty of time to come and note that we can't serve all the dishes if you are late. We will open the doors 10 minutes before the reservation time. ◉ Please note that if you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we may cancel it and the deposit will not be refundable. ◉ Please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or other strong scents. Please inform your companions. ◉ Please be sure to inform us of any allergies during the time of booking for all guests. Please note that we may refuse reservations in the case of extensive allergies. ◉ The course is for ages 13+ and we don’t have a kids menu. ◉ We accept cancellations up to 7 days prior to the day of your reservation. Anything before 7 days will result in your deposit being non-refundable. ◉ We have free underground parking when you come dine with us. Drive underground and click the buzzer at the gate. Let the security know you are dining with Sushi Masuda, the gate will open and you can park at an unreserved spot. We are located on the lobby street floor.
