Reservation Changes & Cancellations Policy ・To adjust your party size, please modify your reservation via ExploreTock. ・ We cannot accept cancellations or changes via our website, email, Phone. ・Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation time through Tock to receive a full refund of your deposit. ・No refund will be issued for No-shows. ・Deposits are non-refundable for party sizes reduced below the original guest count upon arrival. Arrival Policy ・We can hold your reservation for 15 minutes past the reserved time. ・Seating beyond the 15-min grace period cannot be guaranteed. ・Reservation that are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a cancellation/no-show. ・If you anticipate a delayed, Please contact us as soon as possible.
