Join Chef Chris Pandel for an interactive Zoom holiday cooking class with all the ingredients you need to create a restaurant quality dinner at home.
This class is focused on the art of creating the perfect Beef Wellington.
Your kit will incude a 10oz Fillet Mignon, Mushroom Duxelle, Foie-Gras, Spinach and
Puff-pastry, along with a Wedge Salad and a side of mashed potatoes.
Once you confirm your class, you will be sent a private Zoom link to join the class at the scheduled time.
