• Reservation
Reservations are available through OpenTable and Tock. We are gradually transitioning to OpenTable to provide a more accessible reservation experience. Due to our limited seating, reservations are strongly recommended. Chef’s counter seats often book quickly, especially on weekends.
• Bento Takeout
Tancho Bento Takeout is available for lunch and nightly, with the best availability on weekdays. We prepare approximately 10 bento boxes per day, made with the same care and ingredients featured in our omakase menu. Weekend takeout may be limited. Pre-orders are recommended, as bentos often sell out.
• Late Arrival Policy
We allow a 15-minute grace period. Any arrival beyond this requires management approval. After 15 minutes, service is not guaranteed; interruption of service will incur a fee of $95.00
• Corkage Fee
$55 per 750ml or smaller for the first three bottles.
$90 for 751-1800ml.
Beyond three bottles, an additional $50 fee will be applied.
• Reschedule & Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your reservation time through your Tock account.
• Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation or a no-show will incur a fee of $95. If you suspect you or your guests are unable to make the reservation please cancel as early as possible.
Cancellations must be completed through your reservation platform (Tock or OpenTable).
Due to limited staffing, cancellation requests sent by text, phone, or social media cannot be guaranteed and will not be considered valid.

• Consumer Advisory:
Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of food-borne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
Food allergies and dietary restrictions must be notified at least 3 days in advance. Due to the limited availability of ingredients, some requests may not be accommodated. Same day allergies request may not always be possible to accommodate.
