Join us Thursday, September 24 for an intimate wine dinner featuring The Eyrie Vineyards of Oregon’s Dundee Hills.
Founded by David and Diana Lett, Eyrie played a defining role in the development of the Willamette Valley as a world-class wine region. David Lett planted Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in Oregon in 1965 and established the first commercial planting of Pinot Gris outside Europe. Today, second-generation winemaker Jason Lett continues the winery’s spirit of exploration and restrained, site-driven winemaking.
The evening begins with a reception at 6:30 PM followed by a multi-course dinner at 7 PM prepared by Chef Rob and paired with a selection of Eyrie wines.
The working wine selection includes Chasselas Doré, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Estate Trousseau and Pinot Noir. Final menu and pairings will be announced soon.
$150 per guest, plus tax and gratuity.
Seating is limited to 40 guests.
