This Valentine’s day, Chef Carranza will transform the Fierce Whiskers cocktail bar into a sushi bar for an intimate private dining experience. Attendees will enjoy a 17-course omakase with cocktail pairings in the Fierce Whisker’s elegant tasting room, with impeccable sunset views and glimpses into where the spirits are made on-site. Guests will also have a chance to peer behind the curtain, learning more about the story of the spirits and the methodology behind Carranza’s dishes in a small format setting. There will be three seatings of twelve lasting one and a half hours, with sushi bar and table ticket options.
