Located inside TENSHOU Collection, this relentless omakase experience pairs fresh, high-quality ingredients sourced from Japan with avant-garde presentation, channeling the deep soul of Japanese culture to showcase the ultimate evolution of sushi.
Two seatings nightly: 5:30 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. Dining is by reservation only.
SEATING INFORMATION
Reservations are offered at two seating times each evening. Each seating begins promptly, and the experience unfolds simultaneously for all guests.
GRATUITY POLICY
At TERUZUSHI, we offer a gratuity-free dining experience. Both cash and credit card gratuities will be respectfully declined. In keeping with the Japanese tradition of wholehearted hospitality, exceptional service is an integral part of the experience and is extended to every guest.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations may be canceled, rescheduled, or transferred up to 72 hours before the scheduled reservation time. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation, as well as no-shows, will be treated as late cancellations and charged the full experience price. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation within the 72-hour period, please contact our team directly at 702-852-0000. All changes are subject to availability and our cancellation policy.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS & FOOD ALLERGIES
TENSHOU Collection presents a seasonal chef’s omakase, thoughtfully crafted to showcase the freshest ingredients available each day.
To provide a warm and hospitable experience, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance of any allergies involving the nine major U.S. food allergens: milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame.
As each course is designed as part of a carefully balanced experience, we are respectfully unable to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, halal, kosher, or other religious, lifestyle, or preference-based dietary requests.
Our kitchen works with a wide range of ingredients and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or complete protection from cross-contact. All allergy requests are subject to the chef’s approval and must be submitted at least 72 hours before your reservation. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate requests made on the day of your visit.
