Start 2023 by expanding your sake horizons! Join us at Texas Sake Co. on Sunday, February 5th, for a fabulous evening of sake education, food pairing, and fun. West London Wine School Sake Educator Sarah Stewart is visiting from the UK and can't wait to share her knowledge on all things sake related in this two-hour class.
We will cover the basics of sake ingredients, production, styles, service, and storage, and learn how to taste and pair sake like a pro. You will sample six premium Japanese sakes paired with bites from Texas Sushiko and some delectable cheeses. Everyone from the "sake curious" to the "card-carrying geek" is welcome. Q&A time will be held at the end of the class.
