Join us for a one-night collaboration with winemakers Sherman Thacher of Thacher Winery and Matt Trevisan of Linne Calodo, alongside Chef Jeffry Wiesinger for an intimate evening of storytelling and collaboration.
The evening will feature a family-style, four-course paella dinner thoughtfully paired with Thacher and Linne Calodo wines. Throughout the evening, Sherman, Matt, and Jeffry will share insight into the pairings and the inspiration behind the collaboration.
