An exclusive dinner with Filippo Bellini, winemaker of Tenuta Buon Tempo, at RPM Italian.
Filippo is one of the most exciting new winemakers to emerge from his region. His vineyards sit in the southeastern corner of Montalcino, alongside legendary neighbors like Poggio di Sotto and Stella di Campalto, and he's making wines that hold their own in that company. It's a rare chance to sit at the table with the person behind the wines and hear the story of the estate.
The focal point of the evening will be the Rosso di Montalcino and Brunello di Montalcino of Tenuta Buon Tempo, and we invite you to BYO for the opening courses. Guests are encouraged to bring a bottle from their own cellar to open and share with the table, and Thatcher's will bring a few bottles from our cellar as well. The multi-course Italian menu, from truffle garlic bread and short rib bolognese to bone-in ribeye, is built to pair well with whatever is in your glass.
