Watch, cheer, and experience the energy of Round One of the 2026/27 Cocktail Challenge, presented in partnership with Weber Ranch 1902 Agave Vodka.
This round challenges our competing bartenders to explore sustainability as a craft discipline—creating original cocktails that pair Weber Ranch 1902 Agave Vodka with ingredients and techniques that rethink waste, celebrate local sourcing, preserve what might otherwise be lost, or simply find a smarter way to work behind the bar.
Entry is free with your RSVP. While your RSVP does not include a seat or tastes of the competitors' cocktail submissions, full food and beverage service will be available for purchase.
Grab a spot, order your favorite dishes and drinks from our menu, and watch as some of the area's talented bartenders put their creativity, technique, and storytelling to the test—all while showing us what sustainability can look like in a glass.
