Settled amongst the urban landscape and Staffordshire canal side, The Boat is a one Michelin starred restaurant and micro-farm by chef Liam Dillon.

An ethos of seasonal, sustainable living is reflected in our casual fine-dining experiences with an honest approach to modern British cooking. Inspired by the land and local surroundings, we utilise our space to inspire and refine our menus whilst innovating towards protecting the future.

We are currently closed for our refurbishments and back open on the 1st of May. From then our opening hours will be: Wednesday Dinner Thursday - Saturday Lunch & Dinner We will offer a set lunch menu with options to alter the main course and dessert (£85) & our tasting menu will be on offer. (£100) For dinner we will be cooking the boat tasting menu. (£125) There will be a discretionary 8% service charge added to your bill
