*Additional VIP tickets may be released closer to the event, weather permitting. If you are unable to arrive early, General Admission begins at Holy Grale at 2PM - Tickets are $40 (Cash Only)
ABOUT ZWANZE DAY 2026: ARTÉMIS
This year marks a historic first: our first pre-toast VIP gathering at Bar Grale and two Zwanze lambics, created in collaboration with Vermouth Sullivan, a boundary-pushing vermouth house from eastern France. For each release, Paul, Florian, and Vincent developed a distinct botanical elixir layered with herbs, roots, and aromatics to intertwine with Cantillon’s lambic. Named for Artemisia, the plant at the heart of absinthe and vermouth and the Greek goddess of nature and the hunt, Artemis reflects both the ingredients and the spirit behind these beers.

Lambic blended with an herbal elixir of gentian, coriander, rhubarb root, juniper, sage, angelica and wormwood
🌹 ARTEMIS LA ROUGE
Kriek blended with an elixir of verbena, marjoram, rose, apple, curry plant, and wormwood
