Andy Ricker, the James Beard Award-winning chef behind the influential Pok Pok restaurants in Portland and New York, will serve as guest chef for Abeja’s 25th anniversary celebratory dinner. Traveling directly from Thailand, Ricker will bring select ingredients with him to create a menu deeply rooted in place and tradition, with Abeja wines thoughtfully selected to complement the flavors and authenticity of his cuisine. To preserve the authenticity and integrity of the menu, substitutions and dietary accommodations are not available.
