Now in its seventh year, A Taste of New England returns to Spruce Peak for a weekend built around the chefs, farms, and stories shaping New England food right now. The program is intentionally small — tickets are limited, events are intimate, and access to chefs is real.

Thursday — A Taste of Vermont
Cara Tobin (Honey Road, The Grey Jay), Avery Buck (Farmers & Foragers), Tiara Adorno (Crooked Ram), and Spruce Peak’s Sean Blomgren lead an indoor five-course dinner rooted in Vermont farms and seasonal ingredients, with beverage pairings presented by MS Walker — and a special guest bartender appearance.
Friday — First Taste
A walk-around tasting featuring bites from the weekend’s featured chefs alongside the teams from The Lodge and The Club at Spruce Peak, a raw bar, and beverage pairings throughout — curated by Vermont Wine Merchants, Barr Hill, and WhistlePig.
Saturday — Chef Collaboration Dinner
Keith Sarasin (Aatma), Kevin O’Donnell (Giusto), George Mendes (Agosto), Renee Touponce (Oyster Club, Port of Call), and Nicole Nocella (Stalk) cook together for the weekend’s centerpiece event — one night, one menu, with wine pairings presented by Rare Wine Company throughout.
