Join us on Saturday, February 17th for a matinée wine class focused on telling the story of one of Italy's most important grapes––Sangiovese.
Joining us at The Apis Hotel & Restaurant will be longtime friend & supply partner, Gino Mantuano. Gino will guide us through a tasting of Sangiovese selections, each with their own story and place in the history of this noble variety.
The wines will be accompanied by chef-designed bites, courtesy of Chef Zach Meiling and The Apis culinary team. Seating is available by advanced ticket purchase only, and all wine selections––along with a few rarities from our cellar––will be made available for retail sale at special event-only pricing.
