Holiday Wine Dinner feat. Napa Valley's Schramsberg & Davies Vineyards
Join us on Thursday, December 19th, for a very special Holiday Wine Dinner at The Apis featuring selections from Napa Valley's Schramsberg & Davies Vineyards!
Schramsberg’s history dates back to the 19th century, when German immigrant Jacob Schram first made his home on Napa Valley's Diamond Mountain. Over one hundred years later Jack and Jamie Davies would purchase the run-down winery and set out to produce a world-class sparkling wine there.
Making history in 1965 with the first commercial use of Chardonnay in an American sparkling wine, the Davies were vaulted to international fame when their Blanc de Blancs was used for President Nixon’s 1972 “Toast to Peace” with China’s Premier Zhou Enlai.
Now helmed by Jack & Jamie's son Hugh, Schramsberg Vineyards––and also Davies Vineyards––have continued to earn international acclaim for their still and sparkling wines, hand-crafted in Napa Valley, California.
This wine dinner will feature 5 courses from The Apis Culinary Team, with selections from Schramsberg Vineyards and Davies Vineyards.
Seating is available by advanced ticket purchase only. Tax & Gratuity calculated at checkout.
