The Wines of the Ricasoli Family (Chianti Classico) at The Apis
Join us on Saturday, June 6th, for a very special classroom-style wine tasting featuring the historic wines of the Ricasoli Family (Chianti Classico).
The Ricasoli family is a family of ancient Tuscan noble lineage. They are documented as the barons of Brolio Castle in the Chianti region since 1141. Renowned for producing wine for nearly 1000 years, they are central to Chianti Classico's history, and their current generation has lead a renewed effort toward sustainability & quality in the vineyard.

• Brolio Chianti Classico Riserva
• Ricasoli Chianti Classico Gran Selezione “Colledila”
• Ricasoli Chianti Classico Gran Selezione “Ceniprimo”
• Ricasoli Chianti Classico Gran Selezione “Roncicone”
This event features a facilitated tasting from 2:30p - 3:30p. Wines will be accompanied by small bites, courtesy of The Apis culinary team. Seating is available by advanced ticket purchase only, and all sampled wines will be available for pre-order on the day of the event.
