Wine Night w/ DuMOL Winery (Sonoma, California) at The Apis
Join us on Wednesday, November 4th, for an intimate classroom-style wine tasting featuring special selections from the legendary DuMOL Winery of Windsor, California.
Founded in 1996, DuMOL is a latter-day pioneer in the Russian River Valley. And their Pinot Noir & Chardonnay wines have reached legendary, nearly cult-status. Focused on site-specific viticulture, the team at DuMOL are focused on a vineyard-first approach to their winemaking. Over two decades, this has resulted in relationships with and access to some truly legendary sites. Their shared respect for the land, their dedication to the true labor of "winegrowing", and their mutual respect for each other (the winemaking team and the vineyard teams), carry through to the final product.

This event features a facilitated tasting from 5:30p - 6:30p. Wines will be accompanied by small bites, courtesy of The Apis culinary team. Seating is available by advanced ticket purchase only, and all sampled wines will be available for pre-order on the day of the event.
