The Wagyu Burger Sessions - a Wine Night w/ Erik Elliott of Ink Grade & Heitz
Join us on Thursday, October 22nd for an intimate classroom-style wine event featuring mouth-watering Wagyu burgers from The Apis Culinary team paired with special selections from some of Napa Valley's most exciting properties.
Joining us will be Master Sommelier Erik Elliott, Estate Director at Ink Grade Estate & Heitz Cellar.
In addition to an intimate tasting of fine wines, guests will have their choice of one of our hand-crafted entrée burgers. (All dietary restrictions accommodated with advanced notice!)
Anticipated selections include:
• Ink Grade Estate Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc
• Ink Grade Andosol Napa Valley Red
• Haynes Vineyard Forgeron Chardonnay
• Heitz Cellar Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
• (Inaugural Release) Trailside Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon
This event features a facilitated tasting from 5:30p - 6:30p. Wines will be accompanied by a pre-selected dinner entrée, courtesy of The Apis culinary team. Seating is available by advanced ticket purchase only, and all sampled wines will be available for pre-order on the day of the event.
