The Vajra family has farmed Bricco delle Viole, the highest cru in Comune di Barolo, since the 1880s. Their estate, founded by patriarch Aldo in 1968, was the first in the area to receive organic certification in 1971.
Join us for a special night to hear more about the Vajra family, their home, and to (of course) taste some of their wine! Five courses from Chef Andrew and team alongside seven incredible wines (Riesling from Barolo?! What! Nebbiolo too, of course.), this will be a night you won't want to miss.
