In celebration of Michigan Wine Month, we are delighted to host an exclusive 5-course communal-style dinner at The Dixboro House, featuring six exceptional wines from Modales, a renowned craft winery in Fennville, Michigan. Modales specializes in handcrafted, terroir-driven wines, produced with minimal intervention and regenerative practices from their 40-acre estate vineyard.
Winemaker Andrew Backlin will be in attendance to guide guests through each wine, sharing the story and unique techniques behind their creation. The evening will showcase Modales’ distinct wines, expertly paired with Chef Garrett’s seasonal dishes, promising a truly unforgettable dining experience.
