Our second Catch Hospitality pop up event at the Soveriegn House on the Bronte bluffs overlooking lake Ontario is the Clam Bake inspired by the Bronte Boathouse. Enjoy dinner under the stars with music and beverages.
You will be greeted on arrival at 6:30pm and then seated a beautiful harvest tables for a three course dinner with wine service.
BLT Salad: Butter lettuce, heirloom tomato, maple smoked bacon, sweet onion dressing
Individual Clam Bake: Clams, mussels, shrimp, chorizo, baby potatoes, corn on the cob
Lemon Tart: Fresh berries
Proceeds to go the Bronte Historical Society
