Immerse yourself in a unique dining experience as Chef Eric Stalnaker showcases his mastery with a variety of expertly crafted BBQ dishes. Our Chef's Table is an exclusive, intimate event with limited seating, ensuring a memorable and personal dining experience.
First Course: Slow-smoked BBQ dry rub pork ribs with green apple cabbage coleslaw and ancho BBQ sauce.
Second Course: Smoked catfish with pineapple relish, pasilla pepper aioli, and cilantro.
Third Course: Texas chili with shredded beef, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and corn crackers.
Fourth Course: Baby greens with chili lime Texas cowboy caviar and lime vinaigrette.
Fifth Course: Peach Sorbet
Sixth Course: Slow-smoked brisket with jalapeño honey, pork belly burnt ends, and chicken thigh with white BBQ sauce. Served with rhubarb chutney, house-made pickles, and potato salad.
Seventh Course: Pecan pie with maple Chantilly.
