We’ve set the table for June with a menu that follows the flavors of the East Coast, from Maine lobster and tender clams to crab cakes, fresh strawberries, and Boston cream pie.
This month’s Chef’s Table brings together coastal classics, summer produce, and the kind of dishes that feel right at home when the weather turns warm. It’s a menu built around bright flavors, rich seafood, and a few familiar favorites from shore towns and summer kitchens.
From crisp and fresh to rich and comforting, each course carries a little bit of the coast back to the mountains.

The Menu ~ $125 per person
First Course ~ Lobster Roll
Poached Maine lobster on a toasted English bun with dill aioli.
Second Course ~ Fried Green Tomato
Finished with basil mayo and corn relish.
Third Course ~ Clam Chowder
Tender clams with celery, onion, potato, and cream, finished with sour cream, chives, and crostini.
Fourth Course ~ Harvest Salad
Arugula and greens tossed with roasted sweet potato, apples, carrots, pecans, mint, maple Dijon dressing, and chevre.
Fifth Course ~ Fresh Strawberry Sorbet
Sixth Course ~ Crab Cake
Lump crab with herbs, spices, lemon, and cream, breaded and browned, finished with roasted pepper cream and corn pudding.
Seventh Course ~ Boston Cream Pie
Finished with chocolate ganache and white chocolate sauce.
