July Chef's Table: From the Grill
There is something about summer and cooking over an open flame that never goes out of style.
Join us on Sunday, July 26th at 6:00 PM for our July Chef's Table, From the Grill, a seven course dining experience celebrating the fresh flavors and timeless traditions of cooking over an open flame. From rosemary grilled shrimp and grilled prime rib chili to fresh summer vegetables, orange honey glazed salmon, and warm blueberry cobbler, each course highlights the ingredients and techniques that define summer dining.
As always, every course is prepared from scratch and thoughtfully paced throughout the evening. An optional wine pairing will be available, selected to complement each course.
July Chef's Table: From the Grill
First Course
Rosemary Grilled Shrimp
Fresh rosemary marinated shrimp, grilled and served with lemon butter and spicy pineapple slaw.
Second Course
BBQ Chicken Satay
Soy, chili, and honey glazed chicken thigh, skewered and grilled. Served with lime corn salad and jalapeño mayo.
Third Course
Grilled Prime Rib Chili
Made with grilled prime rib, tomatoes, peppers, onions, beans, herbs, and spices, finished with aged cheddar.
Fourth Course
Summer Salad
Crisp greens tossed with grilled seasonal vegetables, garden tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, garlic croutons, and cider vinaigrette.
Fifth Course
Watermelon Sorbet
A refreshing watermelon sorbet to cleanse the palate.
Sixth Course
Orange Honey Glazed Salmon
Grilled salmon finished with an orange honey glaze and served with grilled asparagus.
Seventh Course
Warm Blueberry Cobbler
Served warm with vanilla Chantilly.
