Anthology offers an immersive tasting experience that showcases the very best of the Willamette Valley. Each course reflects the season’s finest ingredients, thoughtfully sourced from our cherished community of local farmers and ranchers.
This philosophy of thoughtful interconnection mirrors the values of Alloro Winery, where a deep respect for the land, sustainable farming practices, and a commitment to expressing the character of place guide every bottle. Rooted in the Chehalem Mountains, Alloro’s estate vineyard reflects a dedication to farming in harmony with nature and crafting wines that speak to the distinctive terroir of the Willamette Valley.
Together, we invite you to an evening where food, wine, and story converge—celebrating the connection between vineyard and table, the people behind each craft, and the unique character of our shared region.
Founded by David and Anna Nemarnik, Alloro Winery takes its name from the Italian word for laurel, a symbol of achievement and honor. Located in the Chehalem Mountains AVA, the estate encompasses a sustainably farmed vineyard and working farm, guided by a philosophy of terroir—the belief that great wine begins with a profound understanding of the land. Through thoughtful vineyard management and a commitment to responsible stewardship, Alloro produces wines that reflect the distinctive soils, climate, and character of its estate.
David Nemarnik brings this philosophy to life through his work as Vineyard Manager and Proprietor, overseeing the land and guiding the vision behind Alloro’s wines. His approach celebrates the relationship between agriculture, place, and craftsmanship.
