Sunday, May 4th, Flying Boar Kitchen will be curating an evening of culinary delights expertly paired with Long Live beer. It’s a celebration of community and connection!
A full menu will be shared soon, but to whet your appetites, here’s a teaser of what to expect:
Truffle Caesar
Spring pea, asparagus, huitlacoche, duck egg, parm
Smoked Spring Beef
Fiddlehead, ramps, new potato, beer demi
Chocolate Bread Pudding
Brioche, berries, vanilla, almond
Time: Please plan to arrive by 4:30 PM to kick off the evening — we’ll be seating and getting started shortly after.
Ticket Includes:
One (1) “welcome” draft beer + appetizers to kick off the night
Three (3) courses expertly curated by Flying Boar paired with three (3) beers from Long Live
Finishing with a sweet treat + special beer to cap off the evening
