Winemaker, Matt Dees will lead an exclusive tasting in the winery tank room, featuring multiple vintages of The Hilt Estate Chardonnay, the 2020 vintage of Bentrock and Radian Chardonnay, plus special pours.
Following this insightful tasting, enjoy a range of our Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs alongside an incredible lunch by Santa Barbara's Kanaloa Seafood including a fresh oyster bar, grilled swordfish skewers, & delicious fish tacos.
Valmar Records will be on deck to keep the vinyl spinning while the wine is flowing.
