We all know and love the ear-worms and A-side hits from our favorite record, but what about the B-side? Urban Farmer is partnering with Victory Brewing Company for a B-Side steak and beer dinner on Thursday, May 19 from 6:30-9 pm on the patio, celebrating the lesser-known and appreciated cuts of steak, such as Bison N'djua, Fried Offal, Beef Tongue and Cheek, and more. Enjoy a 5-course menu from Executive Chef and Butcher Sonny Ingui paired with sought after and unique wines curated by lead bartender, Christopher Moran. Attendees can expect surprises throughout the evening paired with unparalleled views of the Parkway. Tickets are $165/person. Must be 21+ with valid ID.
