Join us this summer for clambakes at The Pheasant!
Every Monday & Thursday, July 6 – September 3
One of summer's great meals, served the way it was meant to be — outside, unhurried, at a long table.
The evening begins at Baleine, where guests check in at 4:30pm for a welcome drink on the patio. From there, we head to The Pheasant for dinner in the garden, served buffet-style at communal farm tables starting at 5:15pm. Dinner winds down around 7pm, and guests are welcome to continue the evening back at Baleine.
$95 per person | Tax, gratuity, and beverages not included. Welcome drink at Baleine is included.
Add a whole lobster: +$45 — pre-order required at time of booking.
If necessary, a complimentary shuttle will run between Baleine and The Pheasant.
Additional parking and transportation details to be shared closer to the date.

This is a set buffet menu. We are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies, and no modifications can be made to the menu.
The clambake is an outdoor event. A weather decision will be made by noon the day prior — if we need to reschedule, we'll reach out to you directly.
Check-in starts at 4:30pm at Baleine. Dinner at The Pheasant begins at 5:15pm.
