The Roost is an intimate, seated-service cocktail bar located within BAWK! Chicken + Bar with a collection of 700+ bottles of unique, rare, and allocated spirits.

Your reservation will be secured with a $30 spend per person; deducted from your final payment.

Applicable Sales Tax and 20% Service Charge will be added to the final bill.

$30 secures one seat for two hours. Your two-hour session begins at the time indicated on your booking. Our policy is strict, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your table will be forfeited. We highly recommend allowing extra time to arrive prior to your reservation to account for parking, traffic, random acts of god, etc. Changes to reservations must be made 24 hours prior to your booking.
