Join us every 1st Saturday of the month for Wellness Saturdays at the Table, a space dedicated to nurturing your mind, body, and spirit. Together, we’ll dive into different forms of yoga instruction designed to improve flexibility, strength, and mindfulness, as well as engaging wellness education that covers holistic practices, nutrition, and self-care strategies.
Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, each session is tailored to meet you where you are. Share in a supportive, community-driven environment as we connect, grow, and learn together.
Saturday May 3rd Wellness Saturday- Peaceful Warrior Practice
Join Amy Maloney for a powerful and balanced yoga asana practice designed to help you connect with your inner warrior. Flow through Warriors I, II, and III to cultivate focus, enhance balance, and build strength—physically and mentally.
Bring your yoga mat and any props you prefer. These relaxing sessions will be held indoors in our cozy front banquet room, with a hot tea and water station to keep you refreshed throughout.
After class, feel free to enjoy a delicious lunch at The Table, starting at 11am. We’d love to have you!
