The Walled Gardens Underground Restaurant is a unique culinary experience from award winning Chef Eddie Shepherd. Serving a Botanical Tasting Menu (vegetarian or vegan) in an informal setting.

Eddie cooks for just 8 guests a night serving the tasting menu in a relaxed atmosphere where Eddie cooks, serves & introduces the dishes.

Each booking gets their own table. This is a BYOB event, no alcohol is sold at the dinners but guests are invited to bring their own alcoholic or non alcoholic drinks ...

Currently fully booked until the end of January 2027. Reservations for February 2027 will open at 12 noon on 1 October. There are just 8 seats each night and demand has been incredibly high, so reservations can fill very quickly. Booking tip: when reservations first go on sale they can appear sold out within a couple of minutes, but it’s worth checking again after 10–15 minutes, as unfinished bookings are often released back into availability.
