The Walled Gardens Underground Restaurant is a unique culinary experience from award winning Chef Eddie Shepherd. Serving a Botanical Tasting Menu (vegetarian or vegan) in an informal setting.

Eddie cooks for just 8 guests a night. The focus is on delicious food, served as a tasting menu in a relaxed atmosphere where Eddie cooks, serves & introduces the dishes.

Currently fully booked up to the end of 2026. Reservations for January 2027 will open at 12pm on September 1st. There are just 8 seats each night & demand has been incredibly high, so bookings do fill up very quickly. Booking tip:  often when reservations go on sale they show as sold out within a couple of minutes - but it’s worth checking back after 10 or 15 minutes as some non-completed bookings normally pop back up as available around that time.
