Mark America's 250th Anniversary with an exclusive tasting of Fairfax County's official commemorative wines at The Winery at Bull Run on Patriots' Day, Sunday, April 19th, 12–5 PM.
This tasting features two specially crafted wines: the "Independence" white wine from The Winery at Bull Run, and the "250" red wine from Paradise Springs Winery in Clifton, VA.
Your ticket includes tastings of both 250th Anniversary wines and one complimentary glass of either, plus the opportunity to purchase both. Paradise Springs' "250" red will only be available for purchase at this event for ticketed guests. Bottle purchases of Independence are limited to 1 per person due to limited inventory. Member Discounts are not applicable to purchases of the "Independence" or Paradise Springs Winery's "250".
Ticket holders also have access to our newly expanded Barrel Room Museum, featuring over 200,000 Civil War artifacts (open until 4 PM).
At 3 PM, enjoy a commemorative toast by George Washington himself, joined by Fairfax County officials and the owners and winemakers of both wineries. From 3–5 PM, winemakers and owners will be available to mingle with guests. Live music by Wicked Olde from 2–5 PM, with the American Legion also in attendance.
Note: All ticket holders are welcome to the 3 PM toast and meet-and-greet regardless of booked tasting time. Museum access is available until 4 PM for all ticket holders.
Tickets MUST be booked in advance - space and bottles are limited, making this one of the few chances to taste these wines before they sell out.
Ages 21+ only.
Cheers to 250 years of American independence!
The Paradise Springs tasting event at their property on the same day requires a separate ticket.
