The easy breezy days of Summer provides the perfect time to learn something new!
Join us for this Ukulele Workshop to learn how to use simple strums and a handful of chords to play and sing 2-4 songs. With these basic skills, you will be able to expand your basic skills to learn other chords, strums, and songs. With a little practice, you will be able to use your ukulele skills to jam with family and friends.
We are excited to feature MOSES KAMAI, a native Hawaiian, who runs the Northern Virginia Ukulele Society (NVUS) and is the Music Director of the Northern Virginia Ukulele Ensemble as our instructor.
Your ticket includes a ukulele lesson, a glass of wine, and time for a jam session after your lesson.
This class is perfect for beginners who have never picked up a ukulele before and those just learning to strum. It will happen outdoors, in the fresh warm summer air and beautiful winery setting.
Class will be held outside. Please dress accordingly.
Please bring your ukulele and plan to arrive by 2:45 to check in with the instructor and choose your glass of wine. *Limited number of ukuleles will be available to borrow for the class.
Ages 21+ Only.
