SEASONAL SOUND BATH • YIN YOGA • CUT-YOUR-OWN BOUQUET
On September 26, Rya Dulaney—holistic esthetician, yoga teacher, massage therapy student, and creative living between Charlottesville as well as Richmond—will guide us into fall from the farm's garden and stone circle.
Trained in holistic esthetics through Wild & Free Holistic School and also certified as a Yin Yoga teacher, Rya has additional experience incorporating restorative movement, meditation, breathwork, and sound into her sessions. She loves deepening her understanding of the body through intentional touch, and creating experiences that encourage people to slow down and reconnect with themselves.
In this workshop, the group will be led through a gentle and grounding yoga practice, followed by mindfulness and sound healing, and then conclude with flower cutting within the natural surroundings of Wayflowering.
Bring your own yoga mat!
Tickets include the sound bath, yoga, and cut-your-own experience whereby guests will pick their own flowers from the garden, taking home a bouquet of their design.
For those looking to imbibe or have lunch after the event (unfortunately not included in the cost of the workshop), Thistlerock Mead will be open after the session.
