The team from Swell Oysters, Hampton Harbor’s first and only oyster farm, are bringing their legendary shellfish straight from the water. Founded by two "surfers who love the ocean" and hold aquaculture degrees from the University of Rhode Island, Swell is known for pioneering a unique flavor profile in their harbor.
This is your chance to interact directly with the makers. Meet the farmers, hear the story of their journey into sustainable aquaculture, and taste their signature oysters, often described as having a rich, buttery flavor with a clean, briny finish.
