Taste of New England presents Chef Takeover with Chef Chris Viaud. Chef Chris Viaud comes to us for our Holiday Retreat Weekend and is from New Hampshire. He is a Top Chef competitor from Season 18 and is a two-time James Beard nominee most recently as a semifinalist for the Jame Beard Award for Outstanding Restauranteur. Bringing in his vast experience as he creates a unique multi course tasting menu with exceptional wines to match as we dine in Tipsy Trout overlooking Mount Mansfield.
